Llyfrau'r Comisiwn Brenhinol

Mae’r Comisiwn Brenhinol wrthi’n cyhoeddi ffrwyth ei ymchwiliadau ers 1910. Ac wrth gyhoeddi dehongliad o ffrwyth ei waith maes, y nod yw cynyddu gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o’r amgylchedd hanesyddol a rhoi gwybod yn gyson i’r cyhoedd am ei waith. Isod, fe welwch chi restr o holl gyhoeddiadau’r Comisiwn Brenhinol ers 1910.

Inventories

O 1908 tan 2000, prif gyhoeddiadau’r Comisiwn Brenhinol oedd Inventories y siroedd, sef disgrifiadau a darluniadau o wahanol ddosbarthiadau o heneb. Câi’r rheiny eu trefnu’n gyntaf fesul plwyf ac yn ddiweddarach fesul math o heneb ar sail ei chyfnod. Gellir rhannu’r rhestri’n ddau gr?p, sef y rhai yn yr hen ddull a’r rhai yn y dull newydd. Lluniwyd y rhai yn yr hen ddull yn unol ag egwyddorion byd hynafiaethwyr diwedd oes Victoria; lluniwyd y rhai yn y dull newydd yn unol â’r syniadau a’r wybodaeth a gynhyrchwyd wrth i wyddor archaeoleg ddatblygu.
